An amuse-bouche chicken wing on arrival, along with a schooner of Gosnells mead. Then the crawfish boil, pretty much unlimited corn, kielbasa
(smoked sausage), potatoes, and crayfish, all seasoned with Crayfish Bob's famous boil spices. Then a slice of watermelon to finish.
All this served onto long communal tables, Louisiana style: it's a hands-on grab it all, so don't wear your best Sunday suit!
